everyone back in town, we would like to see people from
every facet of the moving image industry in central Texas
in attendance. This will be the first major fall warmup meeting
in advance of the coming legislative session, our reason for being.

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS/ SERVICES NEEDED
If you own a business or know someone who does, have a
service to offer, or just have a great idea for a silent auction
item, please contact me at js@austin.rr.com. We want things
with face value of $150 or more. Ideas include head shot
sessions, acting or filmmaking classes, equipment rental
certificates, hotel stays, etc. Volunteers needed to help in soliciting services from designated
businesses. Many thanks to those who have become paid members in the
last few months. Please help reach out to those who haven’t.
We really need to grown our membership exponentially. Not
just actors & crew, but ancillary businesses, film lovers, gamers,
anyone interested in seeing this vibrant industry live & grow in
Texas.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Need volunteers to be on a rotating list to man information
tables, solicit membership at many events in town, including

Perfect opportunity for actors! Need two volunteers to coordinate volunteers for local events.
